"OK Mommy"

Libby Anne says the cutest things these days.  But one of my favorites is when she asks for something, we repeat what she wants, and then she says "OK Mommy" like it was our idea.

For example,

Libby Anne:  Mommy, go for a walk with Mommy?

Me:  Ohhh, you want to go for a walk?!

Libby Anne:  OK, Mommy!  Go for a walk!

or

Libby Anne:  Open, Please?

Me:  Open your snack for you?

Libby Anne:   OK Mommy, open me snack!  Thank you.

She is so sweet... and so polite.  I just love my little princess.

The Lawn

Libby Anne woke up from her nap asking to go on a "walk with Mommy." So we headed into town to go to The Lawn. My girls sure do love their future University!

I also have learned a lesson. Every time I decide to leave my camera at home, I regret it.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to Round Hill Farm for a Family Fun Day.  We had lots of fun playing in the corn box, going on a hay ride, hunting for a pumpkin in the patch, swinging on the "big vroom vroom tire," and seeing animals (especially the llamas!).

Our first stop was the bounce houses.  I thought Libby Anne would love them, but she didn't want anything to do with them.

The corn box, on the other hand, she LOVED.  She had corn everywhere, even down her pants.  

Libby Anne and I went through the hay maze together.

We took a hayride to the middle of a pumpkin patch to pick out the perfect pumpkin.

On the hayride back, Libby Anne burst out in song, as she often does.  "Go with the floooooooooooooooooow!  Go with the floooooooooooooooooooow!" (from Finding Nemo the Musical)

"Look Mommy!  It's the sunshine!"
